Leapers, Inc. will repair or replace a defective product for the duration of the product's life span. Verification through an RA number is required. If the product is discontinued, credit in the amount of the product's MSRP may be offered.

Our warranty does not extend to accidental damages, loss, negligence, misuse, products disassembled beyond normal maintenance, or unauthorized repair or alteration.

Fill out all mandatory fields and provide as much information as possible regarding your inquiry including the best way to contact you
A purchase receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase is required for product verification and can be attached directly to the form

After submitting the form a customer service rep will contact you within 24-48 hours to provide you with an RMA# and further instructions
Returns without an RMA# are not accepted
